Sorry about how you feel. Don't let that affect you! You can't stop aging process because its totally normal and natural to age at some point. What you can do is to intentionally reduce or slow down aging effect through consistent skincare routine, conscious healthy habits.

  • Use chemical peel like glycolic acid, lactic as your exfoliant.
  • Use sunscreen with at least 30spf.
  •  Vitamin A products like retinol, tretinon should be included in your skincare routine.
  • Use anti aging moisturisers like rosehip oil, CeraVe lotion, or any Moisturisers for combating aging.
  • Use anti-aging serum like vitamin C, hyaluronic acid, niacinamide. 
  • Supplements (trusted)
  • Eating habits: more healthy foods, fruit.
  • Exercise, very important. It helps tone the muscle and firm the skin.
  • Detoxify either once a week or routinely with herbal or organic tea like matcha green tea. 
  • Sleep when needed. Depriving yourself of sleep can increase your stress level which in turn reflect on your look.
