Mum Killed Daughter for Lesbianism

A woman named Joy Amadin was arrested and questioned by Imo State Police for killing her 24 year old daughter named Happiness Amadin. 

The mother said she didn't intentionally kill her daughter as everything happened in a phase of anger. According to her, she caught her daughter in bed making out with another woman. 

Joy Amadin (mother), was angry at her daughter for not getting married, but rather having an affair with a woman like her self. She said her daughter told her she prefers woman and won't marry a man.

While arguing, her daughter slapped her, and out of annoyance she stabbed her with the knife she was using to scrap a Mango.

Unfortunately, her daughter died from the injures.

Culture, religion, and Nigeria law have made same sex relationship very difficult.
