How do I know my menstrual cycle?
An average woman menstrual cycle is between 28-32 days, some may be shorter such as 21 days, and some longer such as 35days.
The beginning of each cycle is the first day you see your period (menstrual period). You start counting from the day you see your period in a month, till when you see the next month period. The total number of days is your menstrual cycle.
You must know your last two menstrual period to know your cycle length.
