Lifestyle and Blood pressure

According to Dr Ola Brown on LinkedIn, In most places in the world men are more likely to have high blood pressure than women. However, Sub-Saharan Africa is one of the only regions in the world where women are more likely to suffer from high blood pressure than men.

The founder of Flying Doctors' healthcare investment went further saying, "but no joke that this is the effect of Yoruba boys stressing us".

But on a more serious note, important for all of us to understand lifestyle disease and be conscious of the choices that we make with regard to diet and exercise.
