Depending on your skin type, exfoliation should be done not more than 3 times a week. 

Dry skin type can be once a week to prevent stripping the skin of it's natural sebum. While normal to oily skin type shouldn't be more than 3 times. 

Here is a simple exfoliating recipe for most skin types except for oily and acne prone skin;

  • 2 TBS of brown sugar.
  • 1 TBS of olive oil or carrier oil of choice.
  • 1 tsp of hibiscus powder.

Mix together and apply on a clean and damp skin for 30-45mins before rinsing off.

A glowing skin is not dependent on exfoliation alone. Other factors like a good skincare routine, and healthy skincare products are what you need to get a glowing skin.
