how to stop ovulation pain

Whenever I'm ovulating, the pain is always intensed that i find it hard to walk properly sometimes. What could be the reason for this, and what can I do to stop it? Thank you.

Sorry about how you feel. Ovulation pain also known as mittelschmerz  is normal as this happens when the egg is enlarging prior to ovulation or occur as a result of ruptured follicle. However, some underlying issues such as infection or pelvic inflammatory disease can make ovulation pain unbearable.

To reduce the pain, you can take prescribed pain reliever, or you see a doctor if it bothers you and prevents you from running your daily activities.
