I have battling infection for long, someone said I should use feminine wash and be washing my vagina every time that it will stop. I am tired of wasting my money, I want to be sure it will work before going ahead.
I think this question has been asked before. A typical feminine wash is pH regulated meaning using them won't alter your vaginas pH which in turn can keep the vagina in its normal functional state. But using it is not enough to stop you from having other infections including STIs.
Feminine washes don't cure infections, they are not drugs but liquid washes gentle enough for the vagina. If you have been battling infection for long please see a gynecologist and improve on your hygiene too.
