Don't pretend like it's okay.

With the recent happenings in Nigeria, most especially in lagos. We can only pretend or convince ourselves that we are fine. 
Many people experienced it directly, while some watched videos, read or heard about it. 
Whichever way it came to you, you have seen it. It is the duty of the brain to store it and subconsciously play it back for you.
At this crucial moment, it is important to put your mental health in check! We all deal with trauma, stress, anxiety, and depression differently. Whichever way you deal with yours, please don't let it affect the next person to you negatively. 
We need a safe space to talk about our feelings (mental wellbeing). Don't keep quiet.
