How do I know my ovulation cycle?

Ovulation is a phase where a mature egg is released down the fallopian tubes or passage where it will meet a sperm and become fertilized.
In the absence of fertilization, the egg becomes shed during menstruation.

Ovulation differs in women. It generally occurs between day 10 and 19 of your cycle, or between 12- 16 days before your next period.
The egg survives for 24hrs after it's release, it either get fertilized or comes out as menstruation.
