Face massage during your regular skincare routine helps with wrinkles, crow's feet, fine lines, and give you a firm, and youthful look. 

Facial massage improves blood circulation, by bringing more blood cells to your skin and improves absorption of products.

How to do facial massage

1. While cleansing, applying serums, moisturizer, use your fingers to gently sweep and massage from the center of your face outward. 

2. Sweep your fingers down the bridge of your nose, and gently sweep under the eyes and across the cheek bone outward. 

3. Using your fingers or the index finger, move to your forehead and gently apply pressure in upward motions, move from eyebrows to your hairline. Continue doing this for 1-3 minutes.

4. Use two fingers on each of your hands and massage from the center of the chin out and up to your ears. While one finger go above the jawline, with the other below.

5. The neck is an extension of your face, during massage, include your neck and collar bone area or neckline.  Apply a light and quick strokes up the neck to the jawline, using your finger tips in a small circular motion. Movement should be from the center of your neck line outward. 

Massage therapy is an inexpensive, and effective way to firm the skin, get rid of wrinkles, fine lines, and relieve one of stress. 

You can use therapeutic oils such as lavender, and rosemary to massage your face and body.
