Hydrating and Glowing Herbal bath

 

We are familiar and aware of the benefits of eating watermelon, watermelon is an amazing fruit packed with lots of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. Today's use of watermelon is for the skin. Water melon contains vitamin C, Vitamin A, carotenoid, and lycopene. 

These vitamins and antioxidants hydrate the skin, smoothing, glow, heal sun burn, and manage other skin conditions. While daily consumption of this fruit hydrate the internal organs and benefits the skin, you can also have a watermelon bath by juicing the fruit, and add a glass of the juice in your bathing water.

It is good for all skin types, including acne prone skin. You can do this two to three times a week.
