A: Retrograde ejaculation also known as dry orgasm is when the semen enter the bladder instead of taking place in the penis during climax. This often happens when muscle stays relaxed instead of contrasting, which makes a man's ejaculate end in the bladder.

The following conditions increases a man's risk of retrograde ejaculation:
- Diabetes
- Have had bladder surgery or prostate cancer

- On certain medications for mood disorder or hypertension.
