Please does having too much of sex good for the health, I'm asking for a friend?
When you said too much, do you mean having sex more than once or twice a day. Or many times a week?
I don't think regular sex has side effects. Except physical effects like swollen and red vagina, painful thigh and pain during sex for women. Waist pain, sore penis or balls due to friction for men.
Also dizziness from exhaustion are physical side effects with frequent sex.
If your friend does not feel any of the above then she/he is good and fine. If at all she/he does feel any side effects, an honest discussion with the partner about the feeling would be necessary. A day or two break from sex should help.
