A weak or damaged nails can sometimes be results of vitamin deficiencies, frequent fixing of artificial nails, applying acrylic paints, chemicals in washes, frequently deeping your hands in water. 

To repair weak nails requires you to be consistent about routines, and eat more healthy foods. 

  1.  Warm a tablespoon of cold pressed olive oil and 1 teaspoon of cold pressed castor oil. Deep your nails in them for more than 10 minutes daily till you see Improvement.
  2. Wear gloves when washing or change your detergents to milder ones. 
  3.  Let your nails breathe by giving them a break off fixing and polishing. 
  4. When cutting and trimming your nails, don't cut the sides, but file them alittle to smoothen them out.
  5. Take vitamins such as biotin. Biotin aids in hair, and nails growth.
  6. Eat healthy, more fruit, proteins and stay hydrated.
