There is a general saying that "you are what you eat". To be healthy means you have to eat healthy, and live a healthy lifestyle. The less healthy you are, the more prone you are to diseases. 

Research shows that one-third of cancer are due to five leading behavioural and dietary.

  1. High body mass index- has been talked about before.
  2. Low fruit and vegetables intake.
  3. Sedentary lifestyle; lack of physical activity.
  4. Tobacco use 
  5. Alcohol use. If you must take alcohol in a day, not more than 100ml is recommended.
