I need help in interpreting this result

Good morning, I went for check up few days ago because I have been feeling pain in one side of my abdomen. I went for the test but I will like to know what it means and interpreting it. Though I supposed to do the final test next week because I don't have enough money to do everything at once. I went to the doctor to give me an answer on the one I did, but he insisted that when I do the remaining test before he can tell me everything.

Please I need help with what the results mean. I have attach the test result in image.

Urinalysis is a test carried out to know the physical appearance and bio-chemical composition of your urine to detect the early stages of some diseases and infections.

  1. Color which says pale yellow/ amber and clear is a normal appearance of urine.
  2. Specific gravity is okay and within the normal range(1.001-1.035).
  3. pH: is a measure of acidity or alkalinity in urine which is also within the normal range ( 5.0-8.0). If the acid or alkaline is abnormal it  may indicate things such as urinary stones, and urinary tract infection (UTI).

The others negative (NV) means things like nitrites, bilirubin, white blood cells, urobilinogen, among other conditions are not present in your urine.

2. VDRL means veneral disease research laboratory is a rapid diagnostic test  (antibodies and antigen) which allows one to detect if you syphilis(sexually transmitted disease). The result also shows that it's negative.

I hope you understand this basic information about your result? And I hope you get the help you need with your health at the end of the day.
