Bleeding after taken drug

Good morning, please after taken postinor few minutes later I was feeling a little pain like my period is coming, but I'm not expecting it anything soon. The next day I woke up with little blood on my pant. Please what could be the problem?

Good morning!

One of the common side effects of postinor is vaginal bleeding or spotting. Have you been taking it before and this is the first time you experience bleeding? You need to be sure you are not abusing it and there is no underlying issue. And most importantly, see a doctor if the bleeding persist.
