Managing weight loss

Few days ago, I was feeling like a bag of potatoes. Yeah..... I hadn't been exercising for the past two months for some reasons. In order not to gain unnecessary weight and belly fat, I have been drinking herbal tea to detoxify.

Though I often take a walk down the street, but I need to tone my muscles. I didn't add weight surprising and no belly fat.

Finally I exercised yesterday, and the feeling was way out of this world. I felt light, energetic and happy. 

The reason why I'm narrating this is that, when you want to work on your weight, exercise has it's own benefit so also does herbal tea or detoxifiers. Alot of us wants a quick fix, without having to exercise. Just so you know, after loosing those extra fat, you need to tone or firm your muscles through exercise.
