How can I lose 20 /50 pounds in 3 months?


Setting the bar to get things done are good moves to get desired result. It challenges you to move and do better in your approach. to get your desired result, you have to be consistent and intentional with your work out and food choices. Intensive and different work out targeting your core will get you to your dream destination. 

1. Exercise daily for at least thirty minutes. If exercising alone will make you less productive, you can join people around you or register at the gym. Exercises like weight training, swimming, cycling, push ups, jumping jacks aid in weight loss.

2. Eat healthy cooked/uncooked meal once or twice a day (OMAD/TAM) with portion control. You can also eat fruit, and uncooked vegetables.

3. Drink about 2-3 litres of water daily.

4. Rest when necessary and sleep for at least 6-8 hours at night.
