My nails are almost gone, soft (brittle), and changing color. I fix my nails alot, I'm guessing that's why it's getting bad. What can I do to get my old nails back?

To strengthen your nails or make it more healthy, warm extra virgin olive oil and immerse your nails in it till you can't feel the warmth.
To repair or treat the color issue, apply cold pressed castor oil on the nails morning and night till you notice visible changes.
