When trying lose to weight, people attach starving and reducing the number of times you eat in a day to weight loss. You can eat healthy meals up to six times a day.

Eating just any meal three times a day won’t make you lose weight. But eating healthy foods especially vegetables and fruit with portion control three times a day can help you lose weight. so how can you losw weight while eating three times a day?

1. Be active. exercise daily or take at least thirty minutes work daily.

2. Balance your plate; while trying to lose weight, don't make your food one sided. Make sure you have your whole grain, protein, fiber, vegetables, fruit, vitamin, and healthy fat in one plate. Also practice portion control. 

3. Avoid late night food. eating very late at night before going to bed prevent the food from digesting fully. depending on your schedule, around 6pm, and at most 8 pm before going to bed. if you must eat take low calorie fruit or nut.
