To lose weight, start with determination. Be intentional about your target and work towards it. Make these a daily routine;

1. First thing in the morning, take a glass of warm water or lemon and cucumber infused overnight in water.

2. Exercise for at least thirty minutes daily.

3. If you are addicted to junk, snack on low-calorie fruit or nuts instead.

4. Eat healthy foods and control your portion. Instead of eating a huge plate of food at once, eat a small portion before serving another plate till you are satisfied. Also, you can eat two meals a day.

5. You can do water fasting for a day or fruit fasting for a day or more if you can. Water fasting means you drink only water throughout the day or eat just fruit.
