Losing that amount of body fat requires effort and determination. 

1. Set a target and keep track of your weight along the journey. This will make you work towards your goal.

2. Exercise daily; exercises such as  weight lifting, cycling, walking, running, planks, wall pushing, and boxing/punches. thirty minutes of exercise daily is encouraged for effective result, but you can go higher than that if your health permit you. Remember to take a day off so as to rest and repair your muscles.

3. Eat healthy foods; eating foods healthy foods and in moderation can effectively aid in weight loss. Avoid junk or processed foods and drinks. Eat more fruits and vegetables, fibers, lean proteins, less carbs and healthy fats. Always practice portion control.

4. Drink at least six glasses of water daily. Wayer aid in weight loss and clears the body of toxins. If you are not comfortable drin king plain water, you can dice some fruit to your water to give it a taste. pineapple, ginger, lemon are great for water infusion. 

5. Detoxify. Detoxifying is agreat way to support your system to flush out toxins. Celery for example is a good detoxifier, it cleanse the gut and reduce belly fat.
