Bedsheet experience

Skincare Expert always talk about sleeping on your back and using a silky bedsheet (satin) to prevent aging effect such as wrinkles. I do sleep on my back some times, but using a silky bedsheet I never believed in it until 2 Months ago.

I changed my bedsheet to a more thicker texture material, and then I started noticing my face feeling dry (despite bathing and moisturing before bedtime). I didn't know what was happening until I took my time to trace new habit, and I realized it was the bedsheet.

I changed the bedsheet immediately. Not satin though, but a more softer texture. I am happy it wasn't late before I realized, now my face is feeling better.

This is me letting you know, all these things matters, if you really care about your skin most especially your face. If you can't get a silky bedsheet, make sure your pillow case is silky material.
