Teenager killed cousin while raping her

A 15 year old boy in New Mexico killed his 9 years old cousin who came to sleep over in his parents house. He confessed when his mum was worried sick when she couldn't find her. 

The woman said he walked to his room the next morning and found him trying to do his laundry. After driving out to look for the girl and couldn't find her,the teenager confessed that did something bad because he lost control. 

It sad that a little had to be violated and killed by a family. Teenage years are the most difficult, most of them wants to explore, learn everything they hear or see because of curiosity. 

Parents can try to install good values in their kids but it takes personal decision to use them for good.

Has parents be friends with your kids. They may not let you know what goes on in their lives, but try and see what they're into, the friends they keep, check their electronic devices and see what they use them for mostly.
